We want you to love your Niall Horan official merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Apply the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
